Elizabeth Dear Will’s Family,
Will and I were in a political theory class together at Queen’s and we would chat whenever we crossed paths on campus or elsewhere in Kingston. We didn’t keep in touch, and I just learned of this news. I am so sorry for your loss.
I remember Will most as a bright light in our politics class – always with a creative take on the discussion and enthusiastic to share it and know what others thought. I also remember him as always smiling, and very kind with people. He left a lasting impression on me.
May his memory be a blessing.
Elizabeth

James (Ted) Frisbie Dear Relations of Will-
So terribly sorry to hear of Will’s passing. It was bittersweet to hear of his intellectual development and pursuit of political theory in this manner, but I’m so glad he followed up on his great potential to complete his Master’s Thesis. How his classmates used to laugh that Will was majoring in “World Domination” when he was just in 8th grade!
Similarly, I loved hearing his love of music also continued- I remember many a time in class and trundling through Costa Rica chatting about classic rock, especially Led Zeppelin. The quote from “Starfish and Coffee” included in the Sopris Sun was almost too much to bear, but so special.
You are all in my thoughts at this difficult time,
Ted Frisbie

As a fellow single mom at “St. David’s School” in Manhattan I recall that Will and my son Kyler (Huffert) had frequent play dates over the course of their elementary years. As a mom I feel the pain you must be experiencing with the loss of a child. You are in our thoughts and prayers. All my love ….. Dianne Langona
