Vera passed away peacefully on June 9, 2022 in Victoria, in her 99th year. She was predeceased by Cecil, her loving husband of 69 years in 2013 and is survived by her daughter, Shirley Roberts (Gordon Young); son, Stuart (Doris); son-in-law, Gerald Roberts (Joyce Barnes); two grandsons, Duane and Travis Roberts; two great-grandchildren, Morgan and Kord; one great-great-grandson, Kyler; many nieces, nephews, cousins and their families.
Friends may pay their respects at McCall Gardens, 4665 Falaise Drive, on Sunday June 19, 2022, from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in MCCALL GARDENS SEQUOIA CENTRE, 4665 Falaise Drive on Monday, June 20th at 2:00 p.m. Pastor Don Johnson will officiate and interment will follow in the Royal Oak Burial Park.
Refreshments will be served in McCall Gardens Sequoia Centre, after the interment.
The family wish to thank all Staff of the 4th and 6th floors at James Bay Lodge for their care and compassion towards our precious Mum.
