Kath Picha From the time that Rae became a companion to my cousin, Sandra, he became a good friend of all our family. I remember that when my mother was in her late eighties, she fretted about the state of her basement stairs. Had she been younger, she would have painted them herself. One evening, Rae and Sandra arrived, paint brushes and paint in hand, and painted the stairs. She was truly grateful, as we all were.

Ruth Picha Dear Cathy, Bonnie, and family, so sorry for your loss. Rae was such a vital person, a great storyteller and so engaged with the world. I really enjoyed seeing him especially over the last year or so despite the sad circumstances that brought us together. All the best, Ruth
His personality, wit and that twinkle in his eye when he delivered one of his favourite lines. Mr. McDonald will be missed.
