There will be a Celebration of Life for Susan Margaret Remmer on her birthday, October 24th, 2021. Sue passed away on February 1st, 2021 and family and friends will be getting together for a Memorial via Zoom to celebrate her life. Sue was a devoted wife, mother and sister and was the glue that bonded her family together. She was the dearly loved daughter of Margot Ross-Nutt and John Ross-Nutt, and the much loved sister of Andrew, Deborah, James, and Amanda.
Sue will be forever remembered and missed by her beloved husband Chris with whom she shared 47 years of marriage, her loving daughter Katherine, her late in life 5 grandchildren, her extended family of nieces, nephews and cousins, and by her many dear friends.
Sue, the oldest of five, was always looking out for and coming to the aid of her siblings. Her generous loving personality and great listening skills always made her the one family members could turn to with a problem.
Sue’s unvarying devotion to family, both immediate and extended, enabled her to keep close contact with family and friends from both home and her birth country, England. Sue dedicated much time researching the family tree and keeping a collection of wonderful photographs and letters which we treasure. But one of the greatest passions of Sue’s life was her beloved daughter Katherine.
Susan faced cancer with courage, strength, and grace. While it eventually took away her health, it never took away her brave spirit or her dignity. We thank the family, friends, and medical teams for their support and kindness.
For those that cannot attend the Celebration of Life in person, we will be streaming the event live on Zoom. Please see below for the link and details:

Thank you for a lovely service. I have the calendar she sent me by my desk which I look at every day, she sent it because I was due to visit, but could not due to COVID, so its got lovely pictures of Vancouver, which keep reminding me that I really want to come and visit when its possible
