Olia Vickers We all know how terribly difficult it is to lose a loved one. I deeply sympathize with you, Jack, and your children. I fondly remember our happy associations in Gordon Head United Church. This is a favourite quote of mine that I used in Russ’s memorial service:

Ann Fox I haven’t been to many Victoria quilting guild meetings lately but for all the tears I was a member Shirley was the epitome of a contributing member. You could run out of adjectives trying to describe the number of positions she held, always with grace, competence and such good humour. Steadfast, generous, creative and undaunted come to mind. I can’t begin to imagine the the depth of the loss to you as her family. You have my deepest sympathy.
