Richard Wayne Lesoway

I knew Rick at the University of Victoria in 1968. We met as students in a philosophy course. Of course I’m assuming that I speaking of the correct Rick Lesoway. He was one year older than me, smoked, and had light brown or blonde hair. Rick was charismatic and something of a rebel, two qualities I appreciate in someone. Our friendship lasted only the one year at UVic and we met briefly a year or two later (we drank herbal tea at his residence, he was writing poetry). Even though our relationship was short I never forgot Rick. That’s the kind of guy he was — someone you remembered. He must be very missed by his family and friends. Warm regards, Duart
