Charles Joerin Margaret, you and Cedric were such a blessing to each other and a “dynamic duo” ministering to all at the Gorge Road Hospital. I am thankful to know you both. Cedric was filled with joy that shone out of him and he shared it unstintingly wherever he was. May God be with you now and always.
Please accept my regrets at not being able to attend the memorial service Friday. You are in my prayers.

Rev. Elaina Dear Margaret,
I’m so sorry I won’t be able to attend the funeral on Friday. Although I didn’t work with Cedric, I did work with you, and know how excited and blessed you felt to be marrying Cedric. That’s good enough for me, and would have propelled me to attend the funeral to support you, if I had been able to. May your life without Cedric continue to bring to you rich and unexpected blessings, With much love. Elaina Hyde-Mills+

Doreen Davidson Dear Margaret,
My prayers are surrounding you. Cedric was so gentle and kind and I remember when you told us at an Associate gathering that you were getting married and how exciting that was!
Take care and go gently as you continue your journey without Cedric’s physical presence.

Sandi (Austin) Patterson Dear Margaret:
I was in shock to read of Cedric’s death in tonight’s Times Colonist. I am so very sad for you. Please know that you are in my prayers as you walk this new path in your life.

Doris and Bob Nicholson Cedric was one of those gentle souls with great depth and understanding. To know him was to love him. Our paths crossed many years ago when we attended St Saviours. I believe Walter Donald was the minister at that time. Cedric was such a good listener ministering to some of the most needy people. He would be too polite to end the session.
Our heart goes out to you and your family. Our deepest sympathies.
My deepest condolences. For me it’s a page of my history. I knew Cedric from the 1950’s as his Mom became my Aunt Lillian, someone who was deeply loved. I just went though photos of the last visit I had with Cedric & Joan in 1983. Many happy thoughts.
