Deep in our hearts you’ll always stay.
Loved and missed everyday…
Our beloved Pauline (Polly) left us suddenly and peacefully in her home in Sidney, BC at the age of 84.
Pauline was a caring and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a devoted homemaker and loved time in the garden, in the kitchen making delicious meals for family, creating at her sewing machine, and trying her luck at the local casino. Family, friends, neighbours (and her cats) were held very close to her heart.
Predeceased by her husband William, father Mike and mother Elline, sister Shirley, and brothers Eddie and Bill. She leaves behind daughters Charlayne, Christine (Gord) and Alicia, son Pete (Alanna), grandchildren Val (Mike), Amber (Kenton), Erin, Lauren (Nick) and Jordan, and great-grandchildren Zayda, Cora, Leo, Sheldon, Olivia and Michael.
A Celebration of her life will be held at 2:00 pm, on November 18, 2024, at McCall Gardens, 4665 Falaise Drive, Victoria, BC.

Sandy O’Connor The loss of a mother is one of the greatest you’ll feel. Throughout your life she is always behind you hoping you’re happy, loved, brave, successful … wishing she could shield and protect you from life’s crazy endeavors. You may not realize how much she truly loved you until you take a trip down memory lane. I hope that memories of your mom bring you peace, comfort, and strength.
Your mom was a fiercely independent, spunky little woman who I truly treasured over the years. I know our moms will be continuing on with our mother/daughter lunches as they join us in spirit and watch over us.
Much love and comfort to the whole family, I know she was so proud of each of you.
Deepest condolences to Charlayne, to Family and to Friends. ❤️
