SMITH, Paul E., passed away peacefully in his sleep, at home on December 25, 2003. Born June 29, 1920 in Vanguard, Sask., but spent most of his life in British Columbia.
He leaves and is sadly missed by his beloved wife of 55 years, Mary and cherished family, son Paul (Eileen), son, Gerry (Bev), daughter, Dianne (Brian), and daughter, Janice, and all of the grandchildren: Kim, Kara, Rayna, Brett, Brad, Jenny, Stephanie and Brandon.
Paul served in the RCAF during the Second World War. Paul was immediately liked and loved by all who had the good fortune to meet him, including friends of the four legged and feathered kind, and leaves this as his legacy.
No service at the family?s request. A gathering of family, friends and neighbours will be held at the family home on December 28, 2003 from 1-4 PM. Flowers gratefully declined; donations can be made to the Canadian heart Fund or the Canadian Diabetes Association.
