Passed away on July 12, 2024, surrounded by her husband of 70 years Gulzari Toora, all her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren by her side.
She was born on April 28, 1935, in the village of Ade Khali, Punjab, India.
Our beloved mother’s greatest passion was her family. She cherished family visits and loved watching her great grandchildren play.
The Funeral Service was held in the Sequoia Centre at McCall Gardens, 4665 Falaise Drive, Victoria, on July 19, 2024, at 10:30 am. Followed by Antim Ardas (Final Prayer) at the Khalsa Diwan Society, 1210 Topaz Avenue, Victoria, at 1:00 pm.
