Faye Winchester Dear Margit and to all his large loving family and friends,
It is Friday afternoon here and this is the time that Mike and his cherished puppy, Sherlock (excuse spelling) would arrive to visit a loved one. He would also bring his boyish enthusiasm and friendly attitude.I find it hard to believe Mike will not come springing through the door again and I will not forget him.
All comfort to his wife and family and friends from God who is Life and from Christ who said: “In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there you may be also.”-John 14:2-3
Always grateful for Mike and I’m praying for Peace that “passeth understanding”

Dear Margit, I didn’t know Mike well, but I always enjoyed talking to him before and after our church services. His quiet confidence and friendly, approachable nature were the qualities that stood out to me. He always had a friendly word for my kids, Louise and Douglas, too. We will certainly miss him at our church services, and I know that you, David and Brian, along with his many family and friends will miss him as well. Please accept our deepest sympathies.
