Barb and Brad Gibbons Sherry, Bob and families, The service for your mom was lovely, just like Marge. So glad to have been able to see the service here in Ontario via Zoom. I couldn’t be happier to have seen Marge just 2 weeks before she passed when visiting Victoria. Your family were like family to us and we missed our time together when we moved away. You were so very fortunate to have her so
mentally able right to the end. I’m glad I was able to see her and reminisce, she will be missed.

Emily Laurel Brown Sincere sympathy, a huge loss to your whole family. We remember Marge fondly for she was always very kind to us when we visited, and when Jan was at Pearson she did everything she could to make her welcome in the west. I will always remember the first time I met her, it was at a gathering at her parents house in Nova Scotia, a pre wedding gathering before she and Graham were married, and she wore a mauve chiffon dress, and I will never forget how beautiful she was. She loved pretty things and fancy earrings, and dressing up. She was an organizer and a hard worker in every organization in which she participated, and although age and health made it impossible to be active the last few years, she will be missed by many. She will be remembered as a loyal friend, a wonderful Mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Rest in peace Marge. Sending love to all. Brad, Em & Family

Lynn Hayman/Wayne Manning Dear Sherry, and family,
So very sorry for the Loss of our dear Aunt Marge. She was a beautiful spirited force and always had a big smile for everyone. Although always many miles away, was certainly a favorite Aunt. Loved her letters and will always remember the Christmas I spent with her, uncle Graham and Gram Hayman and our trip to Lilloett- I will remember always her being my only smoking Aunt and the wonderful visits to the maritimes, she will be missed by many of us. Our deepest sympathies to you all at this very sad time of your big loss, love and Big hugs to you all! Live Lynn and Wayne xoxo
Deepest sympathies to all Marge’s family. She was a beautiful, larger than life fireball, whom we didn’t meet her until she was in her late 80’s at a family reunion in Nova Scotia. She arrived in some splendor, the best dressed person in the room and loving it. Marge was my father’s (Alden Hayman) 1st cousin. We discovered, after she’d got Doug onto the dance floor, that we both lived in Victoria. While we didn’t share a lot of time with Marge, we enjoyed her company and her joie de vive. She introduced us to Tom Morrissey’s music and he played last week at our wedding, the day Marge passed away. We had hopes that Marge would be there, but it was not too be. Marge lived a rich, full life. We will miss her.
