Kathy passed away peacefully in the Palliative Care Unit, Saanich Peninsula Hospital on January 20, 2019. age 66 years, following a lengthy illness. Predeceased by her parents, Peter and Elaine Fane of Saanichton, B.C., Kathy leaves behind to mourn her devoted husband of 44 years, David Theobald; son Matthew (Holly, step-son Cole) of London, Ontario; daughter Amy (Aaron) and beloved grandchildren, Hailey, Nathan and Emma, all of Sidney, B.C. Also remembered by her cherished cousins and their families from Utica, N.Y.; cousins Roland in England and Linda from Nanaimo.
Kathy was a successful legal secretary in Victoria for many years but was most proud of her wonderful children, Matthew and Amy. This loving and courageous woman will be missed by her entire family and all who knew her.
