Born November 22, 1938, in Ljubac, Croatia, passed away at the RJH September 28, 2008, after a courageous battle with cancer. Survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Ratka; his children, Vesna (Ivan), Yolanda (Andrew), Gordana (Steve); and his precious grandchildren, Karla, Steven, Jayme, Justin, Ashley and Emily. Special thanks to his homecare nurse, Andrea and the staff of Victoria Hospice.
Prayers will be offered on Thursday October 2, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. and Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday October 3, 2008, both at St. Leopold Mandic Croatian Catholic Church, 4081 Gordon Head Rd., Victoria, Fr. Jure Marcinkovic Celebrant. Interment to follow at Royal Oak Burial Park.
