“Mother’s hold their children’s hands for a while, but their hearts Forever”

Our dear mother passed away peacefully in her own home surrounded by family on Friday, December 18, 2020. Predeceased by her loving husband John in 2015, she leaves to mourn her passing daughters Darlene Newburg, Susan Aldridge, Sonya Russell, their spouses, and her ever so loved grandchildren.

A very loving and devoted mother and wife who dedicated her life to her family, enjoying the many meals she prepared for us and a welcoming home to everyone. She will be truly missed but we take comfort in knowing that she is now reunited with our dad and brother Richard.

Condolences may be offered to the family below.

Hazel was a sweet and kind woman. My mother Anni (widow to Pater) enjoyed their leisurely walks and easy conversation. Although they weren’t able to visit much over the last year or two, my mom misses Hazel. We are so sad to hear of her passing. Sending warm wishes to her family.

  • Ruth McAllister

Big hugs and peace to all who knew and cared about Hazel. We shall miss keeping an eye out for her from our house across the street.
