George was born on March 30, 1946; joined Bo and Buddy in the “Big Blue meadow in the Sky” on October 14, 2021. A loving, devoted, strong, husband, father, grandfather. A Professional Finishing Carpenter who loved the wilderness and all it offered. Dad was happiest in the woods; mainly Deer Holm; listening to the wind in the trees while absorbing the view.
He conquered the West Coast Trail with his youngest; cheered the LOUDEST at swim meets for the eldest; and adventured down the Denali River, River Rafting in Alaska with his best friend, and soul mate Betty. Survived by wife Betty, daughters Christine (Jeff) and Charmaine. Grandchildren; Stephen, Samantha, Jacob and sister Grace. Family meant everything to dad, rest in peace and be free. Always with us…💖
Thank you to Dr. Davidson and all the nursing staff who cared for Dad.

Bob Buday George was really, without question, our favorite cousin. He treated us as his immediate family. I will treasure all the wonderful memories we have of him. He always made sure I had a feed of seafood before we went home. I will never forget his contagious laugh and his wonderful sense of humor. He was very kind and treated everyone with dignity and respect. We were so blessed to have him in our lives. We will cherish him always.
I had the honour of working with George over a ten year period, at Wheaton Construction. He was a very honest, kind, hardworking man dedicated to making his own breaks. That inspired him to become an excellent journeyman carpenter, one of the best I have had the honour of working with. He and Betty worked tirelessly to provide a home for their daughters.
He will be greatly missed.
Our deepest condolences to Betty, Christine and Charmaine,
