Passed away peacefully after a short illness on April 19, 2009. Frank was born in St. John, NB on March 20, 1931. Leaving his beloved wife of 51 years, Frances Smith; his sister, Phyllis Childress; nieces, Phyllis Feil (Ralph), Peri Wentworth , Shannon Close (Jason); nephew, James (Lee); great-nieces, Elizabeth, Katherine, Bethany, Shelly, Julie, Charlotte, Elliott, Emery and great-nephew, Jeremy. He will be missed by all. Frank was a kind generous husband and a friend to all he knew, especially to the Lai family whom he worked for as property manager at University Heights Shopping Centre for the past 20 years. Frank will be sadly missed forever.
Memorial Service will be held at Sequoia Gardens Memorial, 4665 Falaise Drive on Friday, April 24, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. Donations in Frank’s memory may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association, #276 – 2950 Douglas Street, Victoria, BC V8T 4N4.
