LAPOINTE, Elizabeth Mary passed away on February 17, 2004 at the Royal Jubilee Hospital. Elizabeth is lovingly remembered by her husband, Roland; two brothers, David (Anna) Peters and John Peters; sister, Helen (Nin) Dougall; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Elizabeth was born on November 3, 1934 in Morden, Manitoba. She was a member of the Telephone Pioneers and the Royal Canadian Legion Britannia Branch #7.
A visitation for family and friends will be held at McCALL BROS. CHAPELS, Johnson and Vancouver Streets on Sunday, February 22, 2004 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
A funeral service will be held at McCall Bros. Floral Chapel on Monday, February 23, 2004 at 1:00 p.m. Interment at Royal Oak Burial Park. A reception will follow at McCall Bros. Sequoia Gardens Memorial, 4665 Falaise Dr.
