FOREVER LOVED, FOREVER IN OUR HEART
In loving memory of:
Claudette Lefebvre
1932 – 2022
It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Claudette Lefebvre of Victoria BC on Aug 28th, 2022, at the age of 90 years.
Claudette was born in Montreal Que and moved to beautiful Victoria BC in 1994. She was an amazing kind-hearted mother, her love, compassion and generous soul always shined in all she did. She loved to laugh, and her laughter was infectious. Claudette loved to paint and showcased her Art throughout the community. She came from a creative/artistic family dating back to the 1900’s. Many of her children and grandchildren have the creative/artistic spirit as well. Claudette loved tree’s, landscapes of the sky and the ocean. Her wishes were that we take her ashes and plant trees in her memory, so her beauty, her love, kindness, and compassion keep on living among us.
Claudette and her daughter Janie were not only blessed to be mother and daughter, but best friends as well. Their love for each other was so very special, once in a lifetime kind of love. They made a promise to find each other in the next lifetime, so they can continue their beautiful relationship together. Two beautiful souls connecting as one heart.
She will be lovingly missed and remembered by her children Carole Ansdell, Robert Ansdell, Christina Apostolakos, Janie Apostolakos and Dimitri Apostolakos, including her 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Claudette was preceded by her parents Adrienne Cusson, Albert Lefebvre and her brother Gerald Lefebvre.
The family wishes to send a very special thank you to all the caregivers and wonderful support staff at Luxcare Senior Care. They took such great care of Claudette in the last 4 years of her life. She was loved by everyone and will be greatly missed.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
In loving memory of Claudette, go out and help someone in need today- a simple hug could make a world of difference.
Plant a tree.
And if you can, contribute to: The Alzheimer’s Society of BC, Canada.
