Johnston, Alexander passed away in Victoria July 19, 2006. He was born in Victoria on September 15, 1918. Predeceased by his wife, Grace in 1994. Alex is survived by his son John; daughter Sandra; grandchildren Laura, Jeremy, Hailey and many extended family and friends. Alex worked for the city of Victoria Parks Department and retired after 47 years as a supervisor at Beacon Hill Park
Funeral Service will be held at McCall Bros. Family Chapel, Johnson and Vancouver on Monday, July 24, 2006 at 3:00 pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the charity of choice.
