Smith, Phyllis Maud died in Victoria, BC, on April 21, 2005. Born in Reading, England, Phyllis was predeceased by her mother, Emily Maud Smith; father, Cecil Trice Smith; and sister, Dorothy Lindell.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 12 at 2:00 p.m. in Lady Chapel, Christ Church Cathedral, 912 Vancouver Street, with The Right Reverend John Wright officiating.
