VOGAN, Samuel passed away peacefully at Oak Bay Lodge on August 24, 2004. Sam is lovingly remembered by his daughter, Primrose (Frank) Carson; sons, Sam and Kev (Vel) Vogan; six grandchildren; sister Hannah, nieces and nephews.
