Margery Edith Kellow silently passed after saying one last goodbye to the love of her life, Stanley. She was strong, kind and touched so many facets of people’s lives. Her willingness to help others was her greatest gift, instilling this in her family. Margery was able to battle many medical issues throughout the years, but always with a smile; fighting so hard to overcome whatever was presented.
Stan and Marge’s love and dedication to one another was extraordinary. They started dating when “Pudge” began Nursing School at Royal Jubilee Hospital. She sacrificed her career, to raise her two children which were the most important thing in the world to her.
Margery was an avid baker, seamstress, and gardener perfectionist, although her family was her prized possession. She was not a public person but always made a point to show her pride in you. She was a volunteer extraordinaire: devoted to St. Mary’s Anglican Church for numerous years, she assisted with Nursing reunions, Victoria Minor Hockey and Lacrosse, YMCA, Oak Bay Bands, Wynne Shaw Ballet, and Victoria Figure Skating, as well as countless others. She always put everyone else first.
Please remember her smile, rare sparkling blue eyes, pearl earrings, lovely pink lipstick, impeccably beautiful handwriting, “Margie-isms,” and if lucky, her roast beef and turkey dinners which were incomparable.
She leaves behind her best friend and sidekick husband, Stanley; her children, Wayne (Sheryl), Sherri (Michael); and grandchildren, Daine (Marissa), Taylor, Landyn, Justine, and Spencer.
She took great delight in enjoying the little nothings in life and made friends for life.
A private family gathering to honour Marge will take place. Instead of flowers, please donate in her honour to Canuck Autism https://www.canucksautism.ca/ or Canadian Blood Services https://www.blood.ca.

Condolences to Stan and Family
Marge was such a pleasure to be around. When I arrived at work, I always looked forward to her greeting me with a big smile on her face, as she happily worked in the catering department. She will be missed by all who knew her.
