Paul Martin Hurst I am saddened to hear the news. Tom was an honourable man. Tom and my father, George Hurst served together in the Queens Own many years ago and Tom paid tribute at his service when he passed. So many good men, like Tom have left us. This country is a better place because of their sacrifices.
When I was born, I was given my middle name , Martin, after Tom. An honour and representative of the impact he had on his friends. I will remember him fondly and be reminded by my middle initial.
