Marilyn and family, I am so very sorry for your loss in the passing of Ken. I very much enjoyed getting to know Ken a bit at the monthly Tillicum staff luncheons over the last several years. Memories of his kindness and his smile always bring an answering smile to my heart.

I remember Ken’s ability to calm animals and small babies, and of course his great sense of humour. I’m grateful to have him as my uncle. My heart is with you Marilyn and your family and with my mom, his sister as you all navigate this difficult time.

I can see a HAM AND EGGS BREAKFAST MEETING on the ‘distant horizon’ coming soon. My Dad would be in attendance with all the rest of the ham radio folk in that far away place.

Our condolences to you and your family, Marilyn. It was a surprise reading Ken‘s obituary in this morning‘s newspaper. We looked for you both at VE7DDD, Bob Macintosh’s service. Bob’s daughter explained you had both been in hospital with Covid. I hope you are staying healthy. I drive past your house occasionally because our daughter’s family lives only a block away.
    Robert Jewsbury, VE7BSJ

Marilyn & family, my condolences. I enjoyed working with Ken at the Forest Service when I was the new one. Those were the boom years and enjoyed travelling with him on trips around the province installing new repeater sites.
