It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of a beloved father and friend; The world seems a bit dimmer today.
Ron was a charismatic, charming, caring man. Ron loved people, animals and nature.
He was always making those around him laugh with his eccentric and at times wild tales from his trips abroad to his days on his “hog” (Harley Davidson motorcycle) with the wind in his hair and miles of road ahead of him.
You truly will never meet anyone quite like Ron!
The sadness is great as the memories are timeless.
Please help us keep Ron’s spirit of greatness alive by keeping the stories going; he would be laughing right along enjoying the happiness and friendship that continue to gather in his memory.
Ron would encourage everyone to try to keep on the sunny side as his father Mike would instill.
So please keep on laughing, keep on dreaming and please stay on the sunny side of life.
Forever in our hearts and memory we love you Ron ( dad).
Condolences may be offered to the family below.

Rob Ramchuk I’m so sad. I know I said couldn’t be back for awhile, but if only I could have made it back a sooner! You’ll always be with me. Whether we were randomly driving around or just hanging out, we always had a BLAST! Recently we spent a lot of time at the resort. Had a lots of fun trying out all the different fruit drinks at the bar just because we could. Checking out all the cute girls etc. Then we would go rip around in the convertible like we stole it and explore randomly. Try new things etc. So many unrealized plans and dreams we had. I know I’ll see you sometime. You’re somewhere out there, I know it. Until we meet in another time and place. Take care out there!

Dixie Doell I met Ron when I was hired by Dale to care for dad “Mike”. In the beginning we had our ups and downs , only because he was fearlessly protective of his dad, but once he realized I wanted the best for dad and his family, we became good friends. What I saw and know about Ron is he looked after his mom when she needed him and then his dad and Dale. I have such admiration for Ron and his ability to care and lighten the mood with a smile and story.
I will miss the random text and photos.
You are all together now ❤️
Much love and blessings to Ron’s daughters and grandsons.

Laurie Anfindsen To Shannon & Jacqueline
So very sorry for you loss of such an important and special person in your life!
Those we love don’t go away. They walk beside us everyday. Unseen, unheard, but always near, still loved, still missed and always dear.

Dustin and tara My fiancé and I met Ron just after his brother who we never got the honour to meet, passed. “We are living the circus world” we would talk about it everyday. Our condolences to you two girls. We did everything to keep him safe that we could. Each of us actually saved his life once and I can tell you I was personally able to put a smile on his face every single day. Almost all day. I bought him a brown leather jacket that was his favourite. I would like to get this to you guys if it’s here. I gave him some clothes so I think he left his jacket here. He helped us get a home to live in and lifted our spirits anytime we were down and out about our kids and the ministry. We became as tight as brotherhood could possibly be. Missin you my brother. We are having a baby in memory of you because you wanted us to have one so badly. Almost as bad as we want one. We’re thankful to have gotten to know you as well as we did Ron. You’re with your brother now and we think about you all day. Much love and respect. For the final time.

I loved listening to your life’s adventures as you did mine.

Cory Clendenning Rocking Ronnie you were one of a kind, and will be missed by many. You’re 2 beautiful daughters will always remember you in their hearts. Rest easy Ron.
I fortunately knew Ron in his prime. He was as good as Jim Carey never had I met a character who compared. Generous always exceptional and a real experience to spend time with. From the motel in Invermere to Drygulch the teddy bear lodge to motorcycle club on Ft Road to Edmonton and the basement or garage at Edmonton home Rockin Ronnie never let the day get boring. I could write a book on our experiences maybe two but the joy of his memories will always be with me. Probably the closest I have come to loving a man. RIP
