John and Eunice Catterall Our condolences in the passing of your Dad. I played bridge with your mother. She made me a teddy bear out of a fur coat for me. I often wandered where your Mom was. Such a great picture of your parents. We enjoyed both of your parents.

Sharon Radbourne I worked with Charlie at the Esquimalt Dockyard for many years. He was such a nice guy and always willing to help everyone.
I am so sad to see he has passed away. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family at this most difficult time.Rest in Peace Charlie.
I hope that I have found the right “Chuck”, my Dad spoke of often. As one of the “T Boys”
he was well respected in the Business Machine Repair of the Provincial Gov’t. Rest well.
