Rosalind left us too soon after being diagnosed with ALS earlier in the year. She accepted her fate with dignity and told her family that she had a wonderful life and wouldn’t change a thing about it. She was born in Vancouver and cherished her life-long friendships with her east-end buddies. After marrying Jim, they moved to Belcarra and later to South Surrey and Victoria. Unable to have children, she and Jim adopted their daughter Lindsay who they adored. Rosalind worked at BC Tel for 30 years and had the good fortune to retire at the early age of 47. She enjoyed the many trips that she took with Jim and Lindsay. Owning a vacation home on Pender Island brought her immense pleasure. She is survived by her husband Jim, her daughter Lindsay (Yuri), her brothers Greg Chow, Russell Chow and Warren Chow as well as her sister Lorry MacDonald.

Kathy reid My Deepest Sympathy Jim and Lindsay
Ros was a remarkable woman. I consider myself very lucky to have met her. She had a BEAUTIFUL SMILE and never ever said anything bad about anyone or anything.
You’re so right by saying she left way too soon but I can guarantee she is painless and is smiling down on you both. Her Love will continue to live through both of you. Always remember how much she LOVED YOU and all the PRECIOUS THINGS she taught you. She will be with you forever.
Our sincere condolences. Roz was a wonderful individual to know and work with.
