It is with profound sadness that the family of Keith J. Cameron announces his peaceful passing on May 5, 2021.
He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Joan Brooks, son Scott and daughter Lisa as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The loving impact he has had on his friends and family will never be forgotten.
Keith was a dedicated enthusiast and very community orientated, applying himself fully to his interests. He loved being involved in various clubs and organizations throughout his lifetime, as well as sailing around the Island, fishing and golfing.
He has been cremated and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
The family wishes to thank all those who have shown their love and support during these trying times.

Michele, Todd & Ryan Evans We’ll always have fond memories of our family gatherings, dinners, barbeques and enjoying Keith’s dedicated pie making.
Introducing me, Michele, to JP Wiser’s sipping whiskey prior to helping Joan address their wedding invitations….which after a few I managed to addressed upside down.
Hearing your stories and keeping the conversation going. Ryan will miss his Grandpa and their conversations about his future plans.
Remembering him ask “Where are those damn birds I keep hearing?”…..which were coming through our newly installed ceiling speakers playing the spa music channel.
Hope you hear all the birds you want to Keith, your presence in our lives over the years will be missed.

Sanci Solbakken The news of Keith’s passing has brought many tears as well as many fond memories to myself and my children. Keith and Joan have been my next door neighbours for 23 years and we are so blessed to have had Keith as our neighbourhood dad and granddad. Keith has always been there for us, helping with yard work, garbage cans and the annual “dig the Christmas decorations out of the attic” adventure. His call of “hi neighbour” over our shared hedge always brought a smile to my place and I have enjoyed so many conversations in the sunshine in our backyards. Our hearts and thoughts are with Joan and their families. Keith will never be forgotten and was a gift to all who knew him. Love Sanci, Lena and Jake

Gordon Grossmann I had the pleasure of working with Keith in the moving industry with Williams, with Stocker. A more community minded and conscientious person I have never met. When the time came, he was happy to retire and devote more time to his other passions, family and golf. He is well remembered.
