Gwen passed away December 4, 2020 in Victoria BC. She was born November 25, 1930 in Calgary AB. Predeceased by her husband Tom in 1986 and her daughter Marlene Grew in 1996. She is survived by her daughter Donna (Jim) Maxwell, granddaughter Rebecca Maxwell and son in law Nye Grew and will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Gwen lived in Edmonton and Calgary until she, Tom and the girls moved to the BC coast in 1967, living in Ladner, Gibson’s Landing and in Victoria for the past 33 years. Gwen was a woman of outstanding character that faced life with courage and integrity. Leaning on her strong faith in God, she gave generously and with an open heart she loved her family and friends unreservedly. Her love and guidance will be greatly missed.
