Terry Spiske passed away on February 18, 2019 at the age of 30 due to complications of diabetes.

He will be lovingly remembered for his amazing smile, his dry sense of humor, his passion for gaming,  his love of reading, his widespread knowledge base, his dedication to the Seattle Seahawks,  his loyalty to friends and family, his unrestrained laughter when mom was overly naive and his love for everything Iron Man.

Always loved by parents Gail and Peter, sisters Kristen and Karly,  brothers-in-law Dan and Mike, and his extended family and friends.

Pictures and memories can be sent to rememberingterry2019@gmail.com. These pictures will be posted for everyone to enjoy on Instagram account rememberingterry2019.

In lieu of flowers or donations, the family hopes that anyone who wishes would please take a photo of themselves with something Iron Man, as this was Terry’s favourite, and send those into the e-mail address above. The pictures will be collected into a collage in honour of Terry and will be displayed at his Celebration of Life, which will be announced at a later date.

When I worked with him he was very good at solving several tech problems I had — very smart guy. He was always cool-headed no matter what the pressure. Although I knew him for only a short time… I’m still very saddened

I had the honour of being Terry’s best friend for a huge portion of my life, we were inseparable as kids and I spent more time at the Spiske residence then my own. Terry and the whole Spiske family helped me become who I am today. He always was a better friend to me then any one I have ever met. My heart goes out to the Spiske family that helped raise me. And Taz man (Terry) I will never forget you.

My condolences go out to the Spiske family and everyone else that is hurting from this terrible loss. Although I only had the chance to meet Terry once, he was a wonderful, kind and caring person.

His spirit will live on through his beautiful sisters Karly & Kristen.

I’m keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers. <3

I remember Terry showing extreme patience and understanding while surrounded by sisters and only female cousins at family get togethers, helping to build our garage, dancing with me even though he would probably rather do anything else but, and of course, that smile. I loved talking to Terry although the opportunities were too few. He was loved and is missed.

    Dear Gail, Peter, Kristen, Karly:
Terry’s light will continue to shine on in our hearts.
I will miss his kind heart, his dry humour and his hugs.
May the memories of all the wonderful times together bring you some comfort.

    Love and Hugs,

    (Aunt) Sandy Smith

There are no words to express just how large of a hole this has left in my heart. Terry was my sounding board, my confidant, and one of my favorite people on this earth. He is going to be missed terribly. My heart goes out to his family.

I worked with Terry at B&C. I loved his infectious smile and he was always someone I could talk to and know he was really listening. He was always there no matter what!
It breaks my heart that he is gone but he will always be remembered and have a spot in my heart!
